Florida cars rust. Salt air, humidity, and decades of trapped moisture eat floor pans, rockers, and quarter panels from the inside out. We cut out the bad metal and replace it with new steel — fabricated on our equipment to match the original stamping.
We handle everything from small patch panels and plug-welded floor sections to full floor pan replacements with transmission tunnels and seat platforms. Every panel gets stamped reinforcing ribs where the original had them, so the new metal is as stiff as the factory piece.
If you can buy a reproduction panel that fits, we will weld it in. If you cannot, we will make one. Either way, the finished repair is ground smooth, sealed, and ready for primer.
